Rene Marie Russo (born Rene Marie Russo) is an American film actress, former supermodel and film maker. The elegant beauty of Rene Marie can be seen throughout her career as an actor and actress. As a young model, she began her career in the 1970s. Her popularity quickly grew within the world of modeling. After completing her acting studies Russo started her modeling career working in Los Angeles. Russo first made her television debut on ABCs Sable in the role of Eden Kendell, in 1987. Her debut film, Major League was released just two years after. Russo was Tom Berengers 'love interest. She was initially doubtful about her acting abilities but the critics became confident after her steady performance. But, as per her own words she never was passionate about the acting. In 2005, she decided to take a long, self-imposed pause. After a prolonged absence, she returned to the screen in Thor. The Oscar-winning film of her husband Nightcrawler was another of her performances. The Intern was her first funny and lighthearted film. She went on to make appearances in Just Getting Started and other comedies.

Rose Namajunas is one of the most successful female athletes within the UFC. Her career began with amateur fights, in which she participated in various regional competitions. Then she enlisted with Invicta Fighting Championships before joining Ultimate Fighting Championships (UFC). Because of her success within and outside of the Octagon, Namajunas is a household word since joining UFC. Namajunas is the name of a Lithuanian born American, who was born June 29th 1991 in Milwaukee Wisconsin. Rose played sports like basketball as well as kickboxing while she was growing up. Rose made her debut in professional competition aged 18 for Invicta Fighting Championships, where she was able to win two bouts by submission. Dana White took notice of her performance and had her signed to UFC's strawweight category in the month of December, 2014 when Rose was just 22 years old. Rose has experienced highs and lows during her career yet she always emerges victorious. Rose took on Carla Esparza at The Ultimate Fighter 20 Finale in April of 2015. The winner was given the Women's Strawweight Championship as well as the title of the title of Fighter of the Night. This was the first time a woman was able to fight a big promotion to win a championship. Namajunas continued to win several other fights. She also defeated Joanna Jedrzejczyk two times, earning the Performance Of The Night awards from UFC.
